It is necessary to make a mention of Darius, an Achamanian emperor, rock-inscription in this connection. He has engraved his thoughts on the Behistun Mt. in the 6th century B.C. in four major prevalent languages of his empire. No development of script and growth of languages is possible to study as it was written at one-time and by one emperor. Hence Rudrada man's rock-edict, unlike to Darius, is unique.
