Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.
  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a Fonts Type : for Gujarat - Shruti (UTF-8) /for Hindi - Mangal (UTF-8) & for English - Times New Roman; Font Size in Title - 16 ; Subtitles – 13 Bold; Abstract, Keywords, & content 12; Table name - 12 bold; Table content - 11 and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.

Author Guidelines

વિદ્યાપીઠ સામયિક લેખ માર્ગદર્શિકા

લેખો ગુજરાતી, હિન્દી English ત્રણેય ભાષામાં મોકલી શકાશે.

સંશોધકે પોતાનું નામ, હોદ્દો, સંસ્થાનું નામ, ઇ-મેલ આઈડી, ફોન નંબર, અવશ્ય દર્શાવવાના રહેશે.

પ્રસ્તુત લેખ અન્ય કોઈ પ્રકાશનમાં પ્રકાશન માટે મોકલેલ કે પ્રકાશિત થયેલ નથી તેવી બાંયેધરી આપવાની રહેશે.

લેખક દ્વારા જમા કરાવેલા લેખની વિષયવસ્તુને, લેખકની ઓળખ ગોપનીય રાખીને બે કે તેથી વધુ વિષયનિષ્ણાતોને સમીક્ષા માટે મોકલી આપવામાં આવશે; વિષયનિષ્ણાતોના સંતોષકારક અભિપ્રાય બાદ જ લેખને પ્રકાશન સારું મંજુર કરવામાં આવશે. લેખના સ્વીકાર કે અસ્વીકાર અંગેનો આખરી નિર્ણય સંપાદક મંડળ હસ્તક રહેશે.

લેખની સાથે 200 - 250 શબ્દોમાં સારાંશ લખવાનો રહેશે. જો લેખની ભાષા ગુજરાતી કે હિન્દી હોય તેવા સંજોગોમાં સારાંશ જે તે ભાષા ઉપરાંત Englishમાં પણ લખવાનો રહેશે.

લેખના માળખામાં નીચે મુજબનું રાખવું

Font Size: સંશોધન લેખનું શીર્ષક - 16 સાઈઝ
પેટા શીર્ષક – 13 સાઈઝ & બોલ્ડ
સારાંશ; ચાવીરૂપ શબ્દો; મુખ્ય લેખ: 12 સાઈઝ
કોષ્ટકોનું શીર્ષક: 12 સાઈઝ & બોલ્ડ
કોષ્ટક માહિતી: 12 સાઈઝ

લેખ A4 સાઈઝની .odf કે .doc એક્ષટેન્શન ફાઈલમાં જમા કરવો.

લેખની ભાષાશુદ્ધિ અને જોડણી પર વિશેષ ધ્યાન રાખવું. (English લેખમાં બ્રિટીશ જોડણીનો ઉપયોગ કરવો.)

લેખમાં સમાવિષ્ટ દરેક કોષ્ટક, આકૃતિ, નકશા, આલેખોને ચોક્કસ ક્રમમાં દર્શાવવા.

લેખમાં આપવામાં આવતા સંદર્ભો APA (American Psychological Association) citation style મુજબ જ આપવા.

સંદર્ભસુચિ લેખના અંતે મુકવી, પાદનોધ મુકવી નહી. સંદર્ભસુચિ સંદર્ભ લેખના લેખકના વર્ણાનુક્રમે અને ત્યારબાદ કાલાનુક્રમે દર્શાવવી.

લેખમાં ઉપયોગમાં લેવાયેલા સંદર્ભોની જ સંદર્ભસુચિ આપવી, જે સચોટ અને સંપૂર્ણ હોવી જોઈએ.

લેખ પ્રકાશિત થાય તે પછીના સંપૂર્ણ કોપીરાઈટ હક્કો પ્રકાશકના રહેશે, લેખકે જે તે લેખ કે તેની વિષય વસ્તુને કે તેના કોઈ અંશને અન્ય કોઈ ભાષામાં કે અન્ય કોઈ પ્રકાશન સ્વરૂપે પ્રકાશિત કરવા સારું મંજુરી મેળવાની રહેશે.

Plagiarism બાબતે University Grants Commission (UGC) દ્વારા નક્કી કરાયેલા નીતિ-નિયમો લાગુ પડશે.

:વિદ્યાપીઠ સામયિકSubmission Guideline:

Articles accepted in Gujarati, Hindi and English.
Name of author/s, designation, affiliation, e-mail address, phone number etc. must be proper.
The assurance from author required that the submitted article is not sent to any publication/s and not published in any other publication/s.
The content of the article submitted by the author will be sent to two or more subject experts for review, keeping the author's identity confidential; The publication of the article will be approved only after the satisfactory opinion of the subject experts. The final decision of article acceptance or reject remains with the editorial board.
An abstract should be written in 200-250 words along with the article. If the language of the article is Gujarati or Hindi, the summary should be written in English in addition to that language.
Keep the following structure of an article
Fonts Type: Gujarati - Shruti (UTF-8) / Hindi Mangal (UTF-8) / English - Times New Roman
Font Size: The title of the research article - 16 Size
Subtitle - 13 Size & Bold
Summary; Key words; Main article: Size 12
Tables Title: 12 Size & Bold
Table content: 12 sizes
Submit the article to A4 size .odf or .doc extension file.
Follow the British spelling in English articles.
To display any table, figure, map, graphs contained in the article in a specific sequence.
References in the article should be according with APA (American Psychological Association) citation style.
Put the reference/s at the end of the article, do not use the footnote.
Reference/s list showing the author of the reference article in alphabetic order followed by chronological order.
Provide only a reference list of references used in the article, which should be accurate and complete.
The entire copyright after the article is published will belong to the publisher. The author must be required certain permission to publish the article or its content or any part of it in any other language or in any other form of publication.
Plagiarism policy should be followed accordingly to the guidelines of University Grants Commission (UGC).
