Abstract

The present study attempts to understand the maturity level of students during their training. Emotional Maturity (EM) is one of the effective domains for every human being as well as trainees that can be helpful for better understanding, making life better, and to be a mature person in real life and work. For the present study 85 Students were selected. The population of the study consisted of students from B.P.E. and B.P.Ed college of Mahadev Desai Sharirik Shikshan Mahavidyalaya, Sadra, Dist. Gandhinagar, (Gujarat) India which is affiliated to Gujarat Vidyapith, Ahmedabad. An EM scale was used for this study. This tool is constructed by Likert scale with five points consisting of 34 items in this scale.
