લેખક માર્ગદર્શિકા

પૂર્વ-સમીક્ષિત (Peer Reviewed) ત્રૈમાસિક સંશોધન સામયિક ‘વિદ્યાપીઠ’માં લેખ મોકલી આપતી વખતે લેખકોને નીચે દર્શાવેલ માર્ગદર્શિકાનું પાલન કરવાની વિનંતી છે.

1. લેખની ભાષા

લેખો ગુજરાતી, હિન્દી તથા English – ત્રણેય ભાષાઓમાં સ્વીકારવામાં આવશે.

2. લેખકની માહિતી

  • લેખકનું સંપૂર્ણ નામ
  • હોદ્દો
  • સંસ્થાનું નામ
  • ઇ-મેઇલ સરનામું
  • મોબાઇલ નંબર

3. મૂળત્વ અંગેની બાંયેધરી

પ્રસ્તુત લેખ અગાઉ અન્યત્ર પ્રકાશિત થયેલ નથી તથા અન્યત્ર મોકલવામાં આવેલ નથી તેવી બાંયેધરી આપવાની રહેશે.

4. પીર-સમીક્ષા પ્રક્રિયા

લેખોની ઓળખ ગોપનીય રાખીને વિષય નિષ્ણાતો પાસે સમીક્ષા માટે મોકલવામાં આવશે.

5. સારાંશ (Abstract)

150 થી 200 શબ્દોમાં સારાંશ અને Keywords આપવાના રહેશે.

ગુજરાતી – Shruti, હિન્દી – Mangal, English – Times New Roman

8. ફાઇલ ફોર્મેટ

.odf, .doc અથવા .docx ફાઇલમાં લેખ મોકલવો.

9. ભાષાશુદ્ધિ

વ્યાકરણ અને જોડણી બાબતે વિશેષ કાળજી રાખવી.

10. કોષ્ટકો અને આકૃતિઓ

યોગ્ય ક્રમ અને શીર્ષક સાથે રજૂ કરવાના રહેશે.

11. સંદર્ભ શૈલી

APA Citation Style અનુસરવાની રહેશે.

12. સંદર્ભસૂચિ

સંદર્ભસૂચિ લેખના અંતે આપવાની રહેશે.

13. કૉપિરાઇટ

પ્રકાશન બાદ કૉપિરાઇટ હક્કો પ્રકાશકના રહેશે.

14. Plagiarism નીતિ

UGC ના નિયમો લાગુ પડશે.

लेखक मार्गदर्शिका

पूर्व-समीक्षित (Peer Reviewed) त्रैमासिक शोध पत्रिका ‘विद्यापीठ’ में लेख भेजते समय लेखकों से निम्नलिखित मार्गदर्शिका का पालन करने का अनुरोध किया जाता है।

1. लेख की भाषा

लेख गुजराती, हिन्दी तथा English — तीनों भाषाओं में स्वीकार किए जाएंगे।

2. लेखक की जानकारी

  • लेखक का पूरा नाम
  • पदनाम
  • संस्था का नाम
  • ई-मेल पता
  • मोबाइल नंबर

3. मौलिकता संबंधी घोषणा

लेखक को यह घोषणा देनी होगी कि प्रस्तुत लेख पूर्व प्रकाशित नहीं हुआ है तथा अन्यत्र प्रकाशन हेतु भेजा नहीं गया है।

4. पीयर-रिव्यू प्रक्रिया

लेखों को गोपनीय रूप से विषय विशेषज्ञों के पास समीक्षा हेतु भेजा जाएगा।

5. सारांश (Abstract)

150–200 शब्दों का सारांश तथा Keywords देना आवश्यक होगा।

  • अध्ययन पद्धति / चर्चा

8. फ़ाइल प्रारूप

लेख .odf, .doc अथवा .docx फ़ाइल में प्रस्तुत करना होगा।

9. भाषा शुद्धता

व्याकरण एवं वर्तनी की शुद्धता का विशेष ध्यान रखा जाए।

10. तालिकाएँ एवं चित्र

सभी तालिकाएँ एवं चित्र उचित क्रम एवं शीर्षक सहित प्रस्तुत किए जाएँ।

11. संदर्भ शैली

सभी संदर्भ APA Citation Style के अनुसार होने चाहिए।

12. संदर्भ सूची

संदर्भ सूची लेख के अंत में दी जाए।

13. कॉपीराइट

प्रकाशन के बाद कॉपीराइट अधिकार प्रकाशक के पास रहेंगे।

14. Plagiarism नीति

UGC द्वारा निर्धारित नियम लागू होंगे।

Author Guidelines

Authors are requested to follow the guidelines mentioned below while submitting manuscripts to the peer-reviewed quarterly research journal ‘Vidyapith’.

1. Language of the Manuscript

Articles will be accepted in Gujarati, Hindi, and English languages.

2. Author Information

  • Full name of the author
  • Designation
  • Name of the institution
  • E-mail address
  • Mobile number

3. Declaration of Originality

The manuscript must not have been previously published or submitted elsewhere.

4. Peer Review Process

All manuscripts will be reviewed confidentially by subject experts.

5. Abstract

An abstract of 150–200 words along with keywords must be provided.

6. Structure of the Manuscript

  • Title
  • Abstract
  • Keywords
  • Introduction
  • Methodology / Discussion
  • Analysis
  • Conclusion
  • References

7. Font and Typing Standards

Gujarati – Shruti, Hindi – Mangal, English – Times New Roman

8. File Format

Submit manuscripts in .odf, .doc, or .docx format only.

9. Language Accuracy

Proper grammar and spelling must be maintained.

10. Tables and Figures

All tables and figures should have proper numbering and titles.

11. Referencing Style

References must follow APA Citation Style.

12. References

References should be listed at the end of the manuscript.

13. Copyright

Copyright rights shall remain with the publisher after publication.

14. Plagiarism Policy

UGC plagiarism rules shall apply.

Submission Preparation Checklist

All submissions must meet the following requirements.

  • The submission has not been previously published, nor is it before another journal for consideration (or an explanation has been provided in Comments to the Editor).
  • The submission file is in OpenOffice, Microsoft Word, or RTF document file format.
  • Where available, URLs for the references have been provided.
  • The text is single-spaced; uses a Fonts Type : for Gujarat - Shruti (UTF-8) /for Hindi - Mangal (UTF-8) & for English - Times New Roman; Font Size in Title - 16 ; Subtitles – 13 Bold; Abstract, Keywords, & content 12; Table name - 12 bold; Table content - 11 and all illustrations, figures, and tables are placed within the text at the appropriate points, rather than at the end.
  • The text adheres to the stylistic and bibliographic requirements outlined in the Author Guidelines.
